Bill Potter
Chairman (Non Executive) and Director
A Canadian national and U.S. resident with more than 50 years of experience in international investment banking, asset management (Equitilink, Prudential, Aberdeen) and insurance management, with a long-standing focus on financing renewable energy and clean infrastructure. A pioneer of closed-end listed country funds, he has channelled institutional capital into wind, solar and other renewable power ventures and served on more than 30 company boards worldwide. He holds an M.B.A. from Harvard University and an A.B. from Colgate University.
Adrian Neilan
Director
An experienced commercial, operational and strategic leader across public and private sector organizations, technology, higher education, investment and regulated environments. He has held senior leadership roles at Trinity College Dublin, Hewlett-Packard and Deepbridge Capital — leading commercial transformation, operational improvement, digital change and governance initiatives. Mr. Neilan holds an engineering degree and postgraduate research qualification in artificial intelligence and machine learning from Trinity College Dublin, an M.B.A. from Dublin City University, and has completed senior executive development programs at London Business School.
Eamonn Cregan
Director
More than 30 years’ experience as a senior executive at one of Ireland’s leading higher education institutions, spanning institutional strategy, capital projects, corporate partnerships and external relations. He played a leading role in generating over €200 million in private-sector resources for the transformation of the University of Limerick, and built relationships across the state, government, diplomatic, private, community and philanthropic sectors. He holds M.Ed. and B.Ed. degrees from University College Cork, National University of Ireland.
Bradley Belanger
Director
A Canadian and Irish national with more than 30 years of international business and foreign policy experience, and a former senior executive in the Canadian federal government. He has led key policy work in foreign direct investment, economic development and small-business financing, and served in the Canadian Diplomatic Service as Political Counsellor for South Africa, Madagascar, Mauritius, Namibia and Lesotho. He holds an M.S. in Economics from the University of Waterloo and an Executive M.B.A. from the University of Ottawa.
Charles Dolan, Jr.
Director
A senior public relations executive who brings many years of Washington and international expertise to public affairs. A former congressional legislative director, U.S. State Department official and Democratic National Committee official, he was previously a senior vice president for public affairs at Ketchum, one of the world’s largest public relations firms. He holds a B.A. from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an M.P.A. in Government and Business from Harvard University’s Kennedy School of Government.
